Hello my fellow followers, sports lovers, and bloggers! Sorry about my absence. I’ve kind of been stuck in a rut, ever since departing from the radio station, I didn’t know what was next for me. Along with school and studying and all the things that come with school just made me ultimately busy and stressed out. So I took some time away to recollect my thoughts and try to see what I can do so that I can make sure I was on the right path to living out my dream.
Since my primary major is television broadcasting, I thought, why not have a web-series where I would go around and talk about all things sports and have these guest on my show. That is the first part; second part, do I really want to stay one-dimensional? With supportive pressure from my loving mother, I decided that I DIDN’T want to stay one-dimensional, so I (am currently) re-branding my name.
I was fortunate to meet some really awesome people at the radio station and I was able to keep those relationships going. Instead of just focusing solely on St. Louis Sports, I decided to open myself up to the entertainment world of St. Louis. My (new) goal is to get names of independent business owners, entertainers, and athletes so the community of St. Louis, and hopefully Missouri, know what is going on in their community.
People look at St. Louis as such a bad town with lots of violence, and it isn’t true. St. Louis is full of talented individuals and groups who haven’t been through the right channel to get their name(s) out there. I have started a web-series on YouTube where I interview and have guests on my show; the show isn’t focused on me, it’s focused on the guest.
Business-wise, I am proud of the decision I made. I think in the long run it will be beneficial to myself and those who were on the show. With the help of my team, I hope to get those who want it, the recognition for their dedication and hard-work.
Thank you for your support and patience, I can’t wait to get to know all of you, sincerely!
